NICE consultations

NICE carries out web-based consultations for specific work topics. Any personal information you submit in response to a consultation may be retained and used by NICE to develop its guidance and for work on other specified projects. We may keep the information on our database for future reference, research and statistical analysis by NICE and approved third parties.
NICE may publish consultation responses, the documents they reference and the action taken in response to comments. We may make them available to third parties such as other consultees involved in our work. We may also disclose aggregated, anonymised data from the consultation to organisations approved by NICE for research purposes. If you submit personal data as part of these consultations you are agreeing to its use for this purpose.
When you respond to NICE consultation documents, please do not name or identify individuals in your comments. NICE may choose to contact some respondents by email.
